Shipping policy

Shipping costs within Austria are 5,95 EUR in all other EU countries we charge a flat rate of 14,95 EUR. The delivery takes 2-7 business days depending on your location, unless it is a pre order.

All EU shipments are sent from our HQ in Austria, Bundesstrasse 23, 6063 Rum, the only exception is UK see point C.

B. Return shipping costs and information: If you want to return your order or parts of your order, you can do so within 30 days. Please contact us. The costs for return shipping must be borne by yourself. If the item or items are defective or damaged, please contact us and we will take care of the return shipping costs, as well as replacing or refunding the item.

C. Shipping costs within UK are 24,95 GBP, the products will be shipped from our UK warehouse and will be delivered within two working days.

D. If there are additional costs such as customs duties or import sales tax in your delivery country, we will not cover these. These costs are to be borne in full by the customer. For deliveries to Switzerland and Norway, the product is charged net without taxes.
